À l’ouverture des Rencontres Annuelles du FMI et de la Banque Mondiale, le nouveau bureau de notre Réseau a été solennellement installé.
J’ai eu l’insigne honneur d’avoir été élue Premier Vice-Président du Réseau. Je voudrais exprimer ma sincère gratitude à mes collègues pour cette nouvelle haute marque de confiance.
Je me tiendrai aux côtés du Président Sven pour apporter au Réseau ma modeste expertise : de juriste (en tant qu’Avocate), d’Administrateur (en tant que plusieurs fois Ministre et Maire), et de Législateur (en tant que Député).
Je porterai une attention particulière et objective sur toutes les politiques, ainsi que sur les projets et programmes que le FMI et la Banque Mondiale définiront avec nos États, au profit de nos populations notamment les femmes et les jeunes sans oublier le secteur privé, pourvoyeur d’emplois et vecteur de croissance.

At the opening of the Annual Meetings of the IMF and the World Bank, the new Bureau of our Network was solemnly inaugurated.
I had the distinct honor of being elected First Vice President of the Network. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my colleagues for this new and high mark of confidence.
I will stand alongside President Sven to contribute to the Network with my modest expertise: as a jurist (Lawyer), as an Administrator (having served several times as Minister and Mayor), and as a Legislator (having served several times as a Member of Parliament).
I will pay particular and objective attention to all the policies, projects, and programs that the IMF and the World Bank will define, together with our States, for the benefit of our populations especially women and youth without forgetting the private sector, a provider of jobs and a driver of growth.
